DELIVERY ACROSS UKRAINE
Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed and shipped on a first-come, first-served basis, from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The online store delivers any product by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
The cost of delivery is determined according to the tariffs of the carrier.
Delivery with payment upon receipt is carried out with an advance payment of 200 hryvnias to bank details. The commission for post-payment is paid by the recipient.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine, underwear, swimwear, hosiery products are not subject to return or exchange. Understanding that it is difficult to choose such a delicate product without trying it on, we go to meet customers and make an exchange. All products can be returned within the day of receiving the parcel.
We carefully inspect each product before shipping, but we still recommend that you inspect the product carefully when you receive it in the mail. Claims for defects are accepted only if they are detected at the time of receipt of the parcel. If you notice a size discrepancy or defects, please contact us for a return or exchange. Claims after receiving the parcel are not considered.
Size Exchange Terms:
The product must not have been used (there are no signs of use).
The product must have an original appearance (no stains, damage, etc.).
Retains labels, tags and original packaging.
Product exchange for another size is possible only on the day of receiving the parcel. All costs related to the exchange of goods are borne by the buyer.
